Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

  • German Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days, shipped by DHL.

  • EU Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-8 business days, shipped by UPS.

  • USA & Canada Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10- 14 business days, shipped by UPS.

  • UK Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5- 8 business days, shipped by UPS.

  • Switzerland Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5- 8 business days, shipped by UPS.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and factors such as customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs:

We offer competitive shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

    • €250 within Germany

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary based on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on import fees.

Note: In the EU, duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number for you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
